4. Shipping & Delivery
- Handling Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
- Transit Time: Most packages arrive within 2–4 business days using UPS or FedEx Ground.
- Shipping Coverage: We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
- Risk of Loss: Title and risk transfer to you once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit, notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate a carrier investigation. For damaged shipments, send clear photos to

within 72 hours of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Exchanges

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include tags and original packaging.
