You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, provided that:
- Items are unused and undamaged
- Tags and packaging remain intact
- A receipt or order confirmation is included
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once we’ve inspected the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers may cover return postage.
Eligible Returns Include
- Printing or design errors
- Misspelled text caused by us
- Incorrect color delivery
- Stained or damaged items upon arrival
- Other confirmed errors from our store
Not Eligible for Return
- Wrong size chosen by buyer
- Wrong print or design option chosen
- Customer-submitted spelling errors
